E-chopper rental

Relax and explore your surroundings in a different way. Environmentally friendly and silent you will discover the beautiful Veluwe on the E-Chopper! Touring is now more relaxed than ever!

How do you reserve our E-Chopper?

  2. Reserve a time block
  3. Pay easily via iDeal or credit card
  4. At our information point you can then pick up the E-Choppers at your reserved time. We are happy to explain how the E-Chopper works.

Times

You rent an E-Chopper in time slots. Online you can see exactly when the E-Choppers are available at our location: Landgoed Oud Beekdal has 6 e-choppers and Park Berkenrhode has 8 e-choppers. In total we have 14 e-choppers and it is therefore also possible to discover the Veluwe with a large group.

  • Monday to Friday: E-choppers for rent between 09.00 - 16.30 including fun routes from our park.
  • Saturday: between 09.00 - 15.30 including fun routes from our park.
  • Sunday: between 10.00 - 15.30 including fun routes from our park.

*Please note! With a day ride, the range of the battery remains 50 KM. The battery cannot be recharged in between.

 

Conditions

  • Driver must hold a valid moped-scooter or car license. At pick-up, we will ask for the driver's license of all drivers at our reception desk. All drivers must have these with them during the ride.
  • E-choppers allowed with children on the back. Permitted age: from 8 to 15 years old. Maximum total weight per E-Chopper 130 kg (at parents' own risk). Note: The heavier the E-Chopper the less the range.
  • Wearing a helmet is mandatory as of January 1, 2023. The driver and children on the back must wear a helmet. When booking an E-Chopper, helmets are included per person.
  • Max mileage to ride per E-Chopper: 50 - 55 km.
  • Theft and damage waiver / Excess: You as a renter are always responsible for damage or theft during your rental period. The Own Risk is € 1500,- per E-chopper. You can reduce the Own Risk for € 3,50 to € 350,- per E-chopper, this can be checked (per E-chopper) when you make the online reservation. This is not an obligation.
